We are a team of chemists, biologists and engineers, who are fascinated by how nature derives functions from supramolecular assemblies. We design syntethic self-assembling peptides to probe and manipulate the processes of assembly, recognition and signaling in biologial events. Our goal is to address challenges in bioanalysis, diagnostics, and therapeutic challenges by building dynamic, compositionally and structurally controlled assemblies that interact with biointerfaces ranging from the nanometer to the micrometer size regimes..
